Cilli Crab

Resepi dapat dari Kak Aida geng Rnet, kebetulan pergi pasar tengok ketam cantik je terus sambar dan inilah hasilnya. Ingredients 3 kg fresh crabs (ketam bunga) – cleaned & cut into 2 pieces 20 gm cili padi 50 gm garlic }chopped 50 gm ginger } 400 gm tomato ketchup 400 gm chili sauce 40 gm red chilies – sliced 20 gm Coriander leaves – sliced 20 gm belacan – toasted & crushed Salt, sugar & pepper to taste 30 gm corn flour + water – if necessary ( saya tambah dengan sebiji telur untuk mencantikkan lagi pastenya ) 1 liter SeriMas Cooking oil Methods 1. Season the crabs with salt & pepper & deep fry until done. Set aside & remove the remaining oil. 2. Saute the chopped garlic, ginger & cili padi till fragrant. Add in crushed belacan and continue frying for another 2 minutes. 3. Add in the tomato ketchup, chili sauce & some water to dilute. Let it simmer until thick & add in the fried crabs. 4. Add in sugar and salt. 5. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced chilies and coriander leaves.
